Full Job Description
I am looking for urgent support for 6 hours per week.

I have high anxiety, depression, autism, and ADHD and can become overwhelmed, so you will need to be patient and empathetic. I would like support and encouragement to keep my living area clean and tidy and be prompted to manage my personal care needs.
I would also like help with food shopping, as I struggle with this due to my back issues and various emotional difficulties that leave me very overwhelmed when shopping in busy supermarkets.
I would benefit from a planned schedule for the week ahead and help to manage paperwork and appointments. Social activities are important to me, and I would like you to support me to access the community.
