I have High Anxiety, Depression and ADHD and can become overwhelmed so you will need to be patient and empathetic. I would like support and encouragement to keep my living area clean and tidy and be prompted to manage my personal care needs.

I would like help with shopping and meal prep, I am in recovery from an eating disorder so you will need to sensitive, patient and encouraging of my needs as I can become distressed around meals.

I would benefit from a planned schedule for the week ahead and help to manage paperwork and appointments. Social activities are important to me, and I would like you to support me to access the community and one of the things I would like to attend is a Kickboxing class once a week in Brighton, this would be an early evening activity.
