Vendors Teamtailor People Team · Bideford · Hybrid, As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Travel Chapter, you will be responsible for delivering the operational recruitment function to ensure both the organisation and candidates receive a positive experience. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance our Employee Value Proposition and managing hires at all levels. If you're driven by data, detail, and have strong influencing skills, this role could be perfect for you. As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following:
- Enhancing the Employee Value Proposition by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, from attraction to onboarding
- Cultivating strong relationships with hiring managers across departments
- Overseeing the development of a robust talent pipeline
- Driving initiatives to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Overseeing the customisation and management of our ATS (Teamtailor)
- Proactively assessing annual recruitment needs and strategic planning
- Measuring the effectiveness of internal recruitment initiatives
- Analysing and reporting talent acquisition metrics
A passion for talent acquisition and ensuring a first-class candidate and employee experience - Significant experience in a recruitment-focused role
- Proven track record of managing the full talent cycle across multiple vacancies and senior roles
- Proven direct-to-market recruitment experience, including headhunting
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Strong ability to deliver exceptional results under tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills with creative thinking
- Strong understanding of labour legislation
- Great interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Benchmarking, compensation, and benefits experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Technical experience with ATS systems
