As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy within our team. As part of your everyday role, you're likely to be involved in the following: What will I be doing?
- Process invoices, credit notes and manual requests accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify invoices and payment requests
- Assist with month-end close procedures
- Respond to supplier queries and interact with suppliers in in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organised financial records
Previous experience in Accounts Payable desired - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel essential and experience of accounting software
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
