  • Resolve issues in-house wherever possible, reducing external engineer dependency
  • Coordinate third-party engineers with clear diagnostics and defined scope when required to ensure we minimise volume of call outs per ticket query
  • Maintain accurate ticketing, documentation, and system data quality
