Summary


CIS Security are hiring for a Supervisor who will be responsible for delivering a smooth and efficient running of the Security Service. The building will also feature 20,000 sq. ft of outdoor terrace amenities, including urban greenery, biodiversity, and ample outdoor space on upper floors. The reception area on Basinghall Street will be expanded and a new entrance will be added on Coleman Street, along with a "pocket park" and additional retail amenities. As an ambassador of CIS Security, you will represent both our brand and our customer, delivering a professional, customer-focused security service. The building will be run by sophisticated technology with a very collaborative service team.

  • Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Days & Nights


Job Requirements



  • SIA Door Supervisor License required

  • Experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor is required of at least 1 year

  • Experience of working in a demanding, and sometimes high-pressure sites

  • Have a clear understanding and demonstrate outstanding customer service skills

  • Self-motivated & able to work on own initiative, team player, dedicated, reliable and trustworthy, articulate, persuasive & assertive with a flexible with attention to detail

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure

  • Physically able to carry out duties

  • Excellent PC skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent understanding of the prevailing industry standards

  • First Aid qualification, CCTV, Banksman, Fire Marshal & IOSH is a bonus


Key Responsibilities



  • To be responsible for the deployment of the security team to ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Customer Representative(s)

  • To ensure that all security personnel adhere to their duties and policies and procedures

  • Must have the ability to communicate at all levels

  • Will be responsible to record all incidents/issues which concern their areas of responsibility

  • Will have the ability to perform investigations to the highest standard and be highly competent on reporting their findings

  • Will be responsible for the standards and training of staff

  • Deliver and encourage outstanding customer service delivery

  • To respond to all incidents, taking ownership of the situation through to its natural conclusion to both customer and management satisfaction

  • Empower the estate team to report defects and differences in the environment

  • Carry out any other reasonable request as required by the Customer/Site Management

  • Report & liaise on a daily basis with the Managers to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the delivery of a high standard professional security service

  • Build and foster good relationships with retailers within your area of responsibility

  • Ensure that all equipment is managed, used, monitored, and reported defective in accordance with policies and procedures

  • Maintain a good level of morale / discipline within the team taking into consideration their welfare

  • Set high personal standards for others to follow
