Full Job Description

  • Supervise the daily operation of the Security team.
  • Support and guide Security Officers during each shift.
  • Respond to security incidents, alarms and emergencies.
  • Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols.
  • Complete incident reports and investigate security concerns.
  • Control access for contractors, visitors and deliveries.
  • Ensure fire safety procedures and inspections are completed.
  • Liaise with emergency services when required.
  • Support the Security Manager with training and team development.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.

    Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Previous security supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV and security systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good report writing skills.
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proactive and professional approach.
    • Desirable Attributes
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Fire Warden qualification.
  • Health & Safety qualification.
  • CCTV Operator certification.
