An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and reliable individual to join the Security Services team as a Band 3 Security Supervisor.The post holder will support the delivery of a safe and secure environment across the Health Board, assisting in the day-to-day supervision of security officers. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of service, professionalism, and compliance with organisational policies and procedure Main duties of the job

  • Lead and coordinate security staff on shift
  • Provide a visible, professional and reassuring presence across all sites
  • Support the response to incidents, including conflict situations and emergencies
  • Ensure all incidents are recorded accurately and reported in line with policy
  • Carry out regular patrols of buildings and grounds to maintain security
  • Monitor CCTV systems in accordance with legislation and local procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to security officers during shifts
  • Liaise with staff, patients, visitors, and external agencies such as the Police
  • Promote a safe and secure working environment at all times
