professional ready to lead, inspire, and deliver excellence, we'd love to hear from you.What you'll do:Leading and supervising the security team, including rotas, briefings, holidays, and performance supportEnsuring delivery of a customer-focused security service across campusActing as a visible point of leadership for staff, students, visitors, and contractorsConducting patrols, CCTV monitoring, and access control to maintain site securityManaging incident response, escalation, and ensuring high-quality reportingSupporting and delivering training and development for team membersDriving Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement initiativesOverseeing key control systems and ensuring all security equipment is fully operationalBuilding strong relationships with Sodexo colleagues and client stakeholdersPromoting a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and high standardsWhat you bring:Essential:Valid SIA Licence3-5 years' experience within a security environmentProven team leadership or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of CCTV systems, alarms, and security operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage incidents calmly and effectivelyStrong attention to detail and report-writing skillsIT literacy and understanding of data protectionAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDesirable:CCTV LicenceFirst Aid and/or Fire Warden certificationKnowledge of BS7858:2013 standardsWhat we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
