Security & Safety Advisor

As we continue to invest in our estate through a significant programme of capital and masterplan projects, we're looking for a Security & Safety Advisor to join us on a two-year fixed-term basis. This is an opportunity to contribute to projects that will shape the future of some of the UK's most recognised cultural institutions. Working across a diverse and complex estate, you'll provide expert security and safety advice that helps project teams, operational colleagues and senior stakeholders make informed decisions, manage risk effectively and deliver positive outcomes. No two days will be the same. You could find yourself supporting a major redevelopment project, advising on operational security arrangements, undertaking assurance activities, contributing to design reviews or helping improve how we manage security and safety across the organisation. Whatever you're working on, you'll be helping create environments that are safe, resilient and fit for the future. This is a role with real variety, visibility and influence. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a complex environment where no two challenges are quite the same. You may already be working in a Security, Health & Safety or wider risk advisory role and be looking for an opportunity to broaden your experience across multiple disciplines, projects and sites. You'll be confident building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and comfortable providing advice, challenge and guidance to help others make informed decisions. You'll bring strong professional judgement, excellent communication skills and a practical approach to problem solving.
