Full Job Description

Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security identificationand protocols for the site/area
Monitoring of CCTV, Access Control and other protective systems
Act as a first line response to activations & incidents or fault reporting
Log calls, relay messages and provide guidance and advice to visitors, clients, contractors and staff
Deliver and maintain customer service at all times, ensuring client satisfaction
Maintain a high standard of a well kept reception/entry area to ensure visitors journey starts with a positive impression.

Ability to interact with employees, contractors, consultants, visitors, and management as well as local police and fire authorities
Standard SIA license
Excellent communication and awareness skills
Experience in working in a similar role
Knowledge of security techniques and site and local emergency procedures

3.5 days out of 7 per week with various shift patterns
Monday - Sunday Rolling rota 12 hour shifts 06:30 to 18:30 & 18:30 to 06:30
From £12.97 per hour
