Security Operations Manager

innovative business.Day-to-day, you'll be required to:Leading the delivery of physical, personnel and contract security operations across the site.Managing a team of security professionals, providing leadership, direction and operational oversight.Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic customers and key stakeholders.Supporting high-priority business and facilities projects by providing security expertise and guidance.Ensuring the site maintains the standards required to meet contractual, regulatory and government security obligations.This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at Ashchurch, Tewkesbury.Essential experience of the Security Operations ManagerExperience operating within a security, defence, government or similarly regulated environment.Experience building trusted relationships with strategic customers and influencing senior stakeholders.Experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced operational environment.Direct
