Carlisle Support Services is seeking a Duty Security Manager to lead and develop a security team for Olympia in West London. You will deliver high-standard security operations, ensuring safety for tenants, staff and visitors with strong leadership and customer service.

The role requires experience in security leadership, a valid Door Supervision licence, and a proactive approach to training, incident management, and policy implementation across shifts including days, nights and weekends.
