Security OfficerLocation: New College Durham Contract: Temporary, Ongoing Hours: 37 hours per week (flexibility required to cover shifts and ensure the college remains secure 24/7) Pay: £14.80 per hour including holiday pay Employer: The Supply Register (on behalf of New College Durham)We are seeking Security Officers to join our bank staff pool supporting New College Durham. This is a great opportunity for experienced Security Officers with a background in security, facilities, public services, or related environments. The RoleAs a Security Officer, you will support the provision of a safe and secure environment across the college estate, helping to protect students, staff, visitors, and facilities.Key responsibilities include:

• Undertaking security patrols across college buildings and grounds Opening and closing rooms and buildings as required Monitoring alarms, CCTV and security systems Responding to incidents, alarms and requests for assistance Providing first aid and
assisting with emergency procedures when required What We're Looking For
