Full Job Description

You will be responsible for protecting people, property, and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment for our client. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to security. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Carry out security patrols and routine site inspections.
  • Monitor site activity and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
  • Complete accurate incident reports and records.
  • Follow site Assignment Instructions and company procedures.
  • Identify and report any Health & Safety concerns or security risks.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, visitors, contractors, and emergency services.
  • Ensure all scheduled check calls and site duties are completed.
  • Remain vigilant to potential threats and take appropriate action when required.
  • Support the delivery of a high-quality security service that meets client expectations.
  • Training and Development We are committed to supporting your professional development and provide ongoing training opportunities to help you build your skills and progress your career. You will be expected to:
  • Complete all mandatory training requirements.
  • Participate in additional training as required.
  • Maintain and renew your SIA licences within the required timescales.
  • Use workplace technology and systems effectively.

    Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
  • Previous experience in a security role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and well-presented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good attention to detail and situational awareness.
  • Desirable
  • Current SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC Clearance.
  • CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) SIA Licence.
  • Experience working within a corporate or customer-facing environment.
