• Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable
• Welcome clients and visitors warmly:
• Issue and manage ID badge's
Operate:
• Phones
• Emails
• IT systems
• CCTV
• Alarm systems
• Access control (doors and car park)
Monitor and respond to:
• Suspicious activity
• Potential criminal behaviour
Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager Person Specification
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Previous security experience preferred
• Flexible approach to working hours
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and visitors
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
