Full Job Description
- Ensure the safety and the security of the customers and the Retail Park.
- Patrolling around and outside of the Retail Park.
- Providing excellent customer services as well as ensuring customers are safe.
- CCTV monitoring (where applicable)
- Dealing with confrontational situations and responding to them in a professional manner.
- Complying with all health and safety procedures.
- Completing incident reports and other reports when required.
You have a valid SIA licence, with the CCTV element included. - Reliable.
- Well presented.
- Approachable.
- Polite and professional.
