What You'll Be Doing As a Security Officer at M&S, you'll help create a safe and positive shopping experience by:
• Providing a visible and professional security presence within store
• Delivering world class customer service to customers and colleagues
• Helping prevent loss, theft and anti-social behaviour
• Using store technology including body-worn cameras and mobile reporting systems
• Responding calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies
