- Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly: + Issue and manage ID badge's
- Operate: + Phones + Emails + IT systems + CCTV + Alarm systems + Access control (doors and car park)
- Monitor and respond to: + Suspicious activity + Potential criminal behaviour
- Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive
- Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager Person Specification
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Previous security experience preferred
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and visitors
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge & Requirements
- Understanding of:
- Health and Safety at Work Act
- Criminal and Civil Law
- Police and Criminal Evidence Act SIA Licence - (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) - Essential Ability to complete EDBS Additional Information
