Full Job Description
- Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly:
- Issue and manage ID badge's
- Operate:
- Phones
- Emails
- IT systems
- CCTV
- Alarm systems
- Access control (doors and car park)
- Monitor and respond to:
- Suspicious activity
- Potential criminal behaviour
- Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive
- Record, report, and escalate incidents to the Account Manager
Knowledge of relevant security procedures - Excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork
- Health & safety awareness
- Effective communication skills, Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Previous security experience preferred
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and visitors
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge & Requirements
- Understanding of:
- Health and Safety at Work Act
- Criminal and Civil Law
- Police and Criminal Evidence Act
- SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) - Essential
