Full Job Description

  • Implement and configure Microsoft Purview security and compliance controls
  • Deploy and manage Data Loss Prevention policies
  • Configure Microsoft Information Protection and sensitivity labels
  • Implement Insider Risk Management and data classification controls
  • Support Data Security Posture Management initiatives
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and improve existing Microsoft security controls
  • Integrate Microsoft security and compliance tooling with wider monitoring platforms
  • Automate Microsoft 365 security administration where appropriate
  • Work closely with security, compliance and operational teams to ensure controls are successfully deployed

    We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Engineer to support the hands-on implementation and management of Microsoft data security controls.
    • This is not a high-level architecture or advisory position. The successful consultant must have strong practical experience configuring and deploying security controls within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Microsoft Purview.,
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview
  • Proven experience physically implementing and configuring security controls
  • Microsoft 365 security and compliance experience
  • Data Loss Prevention
  • Microsoft Information Protection
  • Sensitivity labels and data classification
  • Insider Risk Management
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft data security and governance
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft environments
