Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Sector Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and front-line teams across a designated sector. Reporting to the Soft Services Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring service delivery standards are achieved while supporting operational excellence across multiple sites., We are seeking an experienced supervisor who can effectively manage people, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure all contractual requirements are delivered in line with service level agreements. This role combines team leadership with operational support, periodic cleaning activities, and emergency response duties where required. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-line cleaning operatives across a designated sector.
- Ensure service level agreements and contract specifications are consistently achieved.
- Carry out regular site inspections, quality audits and cleaning checks.
- Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests and emergency cleaning requirements.
- Complete periodic cleaning activities, including carpet and spring cleaning programmes.
- Assist with recruitment, vetting and onboarding of new team members.
- Manage stock levels, consumables and storeroom organisation across sites.
- Monitor employee attendance, additional hours worked and compliance with company policies.
A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory or management role. - Experience leading and motivating front-line operational teams.
- Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining compliance with procedures, policies and service standards.
