Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to work within the Psychology Team to provide, as part of the team, a complete secretarial and administrative service to the psychology clinical team. This is a full time vacancy for 37.5 hours per week.,

  • Actioning clinic outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Processing referrals coming into the department and coming back from triage.
  • Transferring letters to MediSec and signing them off.
  • Audio typing clinical letters into MediSec.
  • Waiting list management.
  • Organising psychology appointments as per surgical pathways.
  • Assisting patients with queries of their appointments and referral, both over the phone and by email.
  • To perform any other duties as required.
