Secondary Care - ENT Consaultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ENT Consultant to join our established team and make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role will support the growing demand within our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic. The successful applicant will deliver the highest standard of outpatient ENT care, managing all routine ENT conditions, including paediatric patients, while working autonomously within a community setting. Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards
• Work collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectives
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experience
• Support service efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainability
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service delivery
• Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care
