While full training will be provided in our menu and daily operations, we're seeking a Second Chef who is ready to hit the ground running in supporting our Head Chef and Restaurant Manager. It's essential that you possess strong leadership qualities, impeccable organisational skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate our teams as you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this new concept.

Have experience of supporting a team of chefs and working with an electric oven

Be capable of maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards

Have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager.

Possess a hands-on attitude!
