Full Job Description
Supporting the Head Chef, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will assist with supervising the team, menu preparation, stock control and ordering, while ensuring that dishes are prepared to consistently high standards following agreed recipes and maintaining excellent standards throughout the kitchen.
