The Role As Second Chef, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the kitchen by: Supporting and leading the kitchen team day-to-day Preparing nutritious, diet-sensitive meals tailored to residents' needs Assisting with menu planning and seasonal meal ideas Managing stock control and food cost guidelines Maintaining high Food Safety and Health & Safety standards Training and developing kitchen team members
