Full Job Description

This is a temporary chef role at Elysium Healthcare's Arbury Court facility in Warrington, Cheshire. The role involves supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, and catering for events and special occasions. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing care and treatment for adult women with Personality Disorder and Mental Health conditions., As a Second Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, maintaining good food storage and stock rotation procedures, preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard, and catering for conferences, banquets, and special events. You will also be involved in food costings and adhering to food hygiene regulations and safety procedures.
