• Pay: £8.00 - £12.71 per hour + 30% staff discount

The store's busy, the energy's high, and customers are looking for the latest drops, fresh fits and the perfect gifts. That's where you come in. We're looking for Seasonal Sales Assistants who live and breathe trainers, streetwear and youth culture. People who love connecting with customers, know what's trending, and aren't afraid to bring personality to the shop floor. You'll help customers discover new brands, build complete fits, and leave feeling good about what they've bought and where they've bought it. If you're confident, customer-focused and ready to be part of the busiest season of the year, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

• Create a great shopping experience: Assist customers in discovering products they'll love, from footwear to clothing and accessories.


• Support festive shopping: Make gift buying easy with product recommendations and expert advice.


• Know your product: Learn the brands, trends and stories behind the products to support customers confidently.


• Bring the atmosphere: Support key trading events including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.


• Deliver results: Contribute to store targets, build customer confidence and celebrate team success.


• Keep standards high: Ensure the store looks great, stock is organized and customers always feel welcome.
