With a love for toys, customer service, and an enthusiastic personality, you could be the perfect fit to join our team as a Seasonal Sales Assistant.

Key Information about this role:

Rates of Pay:

• 16-20 year olds - £11.15 per hour.
• 21-year-old plus - £12.71 per hour

Contract end date: 31st December 2026.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so flexibility to support weekends, including Sundays, is essential.

Available Hours:

• A 12-hour per week contract: work 4-hour shifts over 3 days, or two 6-hour shifts.
• An 8-hour per week contract: typically 4-hour shifts over 2 days, or one full day.
• A 20-hour per week contract: 4-hour shifts over 5 days.

If you are flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and different days, and possess a great attitude and friendly personality, we can tailor the hours to fit your availability. Providing detailed information in your application is encouraged. There may also be opportunities for extra hours depending on trade.

All contracts require working on busy days like Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, or New Year's Eve — some of the busiest days of the year.

Requirements:

• Reliable and flexible in available hours, with potential for extra hours during busy periods
• Approachable and confident in delivering exceptional customer service, engaging with customers on the shop floor and at the till
• Physically fit to handle stock, working with deliveries and pallets individually and as part of a team
• Attentive to detail, keeping shelves full and managing deliveries
