Seasonal Sales Advisor

As a Seasonal Sales Advisor, you play an important role in delivering the day-to-day customer experience in store. You bring our products and brand to life through warm service, genuine conversations, and attention to detail, helping customers feel welcomed, supported, and confident in their choices. This role is about building strong foundations in customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork, while developing confidence and consistency in everything you do. What you'll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity,
• Identify customer needs and answer product related questions. Be able to respond to queries on product's price, features and benefits,
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators,
• Take every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand TWC database and encourage customer loyalty.
• Work positively with colleagues, supporting the team during this busy period.
