- Work on a variety of occasions from family celebrations to celebrity events
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service to our highly-valued guests
- Provide first-class information on our food and drinks package
- Demonstrate calmness under pressure during peak times
- Ensure that our guests want to come back for more
Experience in a 4 or 5 Food and Beverage environment - Basic food and wine knowledge
- A genuine interest in the industry
- Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
- Excellent personal grooming standards
