Seaford Wardis an Elderly Care Ward 27bedded with 4 x 6 bedded bays and 3 side rooms with 4 x 6 bedded bays and 3 side roomsYou will be caring for patients who may have multiple medical conditions, are on multiple medications and often require specialist support at home or in their care homes. Staff will also support patients who are acutely unwell, may also have poor recognition (dementia & delirium), difficulty in walking, falls and frailty.
We pride ourselves on having a friendly and welcoming team - both Nursing and Medical - where you never feel alone and you get the support that you need. We also work very closely with our colleagues from Adult Social Care and Allied Health Professionals - Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and with our Mental Health Team.
This is Up To 12 months Fixed Term/Secondment professional development opportunity to cover maternity leave

Revalidation Support/Regular Appraisals
