Sea Logistics Reefer Customer Care Specialist

In this role, you will support our customers end-to-end, ensuring smooth shipment handling, proactive communication, and high-quality service delivery across our global network. How you create impact

• Handle all customer requests according to service levels, procedures, and KPIs
• Monitor customer shipments, provide proactive updates, and resolve issues collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Document deviations, investigate root causes, and analyse performance using KN systems (TIP, EQMS, CoreLog, NPS).
• Ensure accurate transfer of customer requirements into KN systems to enable successful OCC execution.
• Manage tasks through Business Process Automation tools and maintain oversight via the CCL Dashboard.
• Qualify inquiries, prepare quotations, and support up-selling within corporate pricing guidelines.
• Liaise closely with Sales to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

• Previous experience in sea logistics, import/export, or handling reefer containers.
