qualification (CSM, PSM, SSM or equivalent), Proven experience as a Scrum Master within large-scale enterprise environments.Experience supporting complex business or technology transformation programmes.Strong Agile coaching and facilitation skills.Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and competing priorities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working within large matrix organisations.Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.DesirableExperience delivering within Salesforce environments.Salesforce transformation programme experience.Experience working with Product Owners, technical teams and third-party delivery partners.Knowledge of Sales Cloud, CPQ, Customer Lifecycle Management or similar business transformation initiatives.Exposure to enterprise systems and integration programmes.Project delivery qualifications such as AgilePM, PRINCE2 or similar.About usComputacenter is a leading independent provider of
