Science Technician (Biology)

The successful candidate will prepare materials for practical classes, demonstrations, and examinations, ensuring all chemicals are accurately labelled and ready for use. You will monitor stock levels regularly, completing internal requisitions to maintain adequate supplies, and maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the prep room.

This role will involve ensure the safe disposal of biohazardous and chemical waste, caring for plants kept for observation or experiment, handling dissection materials, including locusts, rats, mammalian organs and fish heads, and providing technical advice within own area of expertise to teachers and students.
