We are currently seeking a friendly and professional School Receptionist to join our team. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the school's front office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in a similar secretary or receptionist position and be confident in managing multiple tasks efficiently. Skills and Qualifications: - Education to GCSE level with Maths and English at Grades A

  • - C or equivalent
  • - Minimum of 2 years' office based experience - Experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to manage phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries professionally - Experience handling confidential information discreetly - Basic knowledge of administrative procedures such as filing and record keeping Values and Attitudes: - Friendly and approachable manner with strong interpersonal skills - Reliable with a positive attitude towards work responsibilities - Patient and calm under pressure when dealing with busy periods or challenging situations - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times - Willingness to support colleagues across different departments when needed - A genuine interest in contributing positively to the school community If you are organised, personable, and eager to play an important role within our school environment, we would love to hear from you.
