We are recruiting a School Partnerships Manager to join our growing Partnerships team and play a key role in the delivery and development of our Schools Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and relationship-driven individual who is passionate about educational equity and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Director of Partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of partnership activities and help shape the future growth of the programme. About the Role The School Partnerships Manager will take operational responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the Habs Schools Programme, working closely with partner schools, Habs staff, students and the wider community. You will coordinate a wide range of partnership activities, ensuring programmes are well organised, impactful and responsive to the needs of participating schools and students. The role involves managing logistics, supporting teaching staff, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and developing systems and processes that enable the programme to grow sustainably. As the programme continues to evolve, you will also play an important role in supporting its development into a fully-fledged educational charity, helping to establish robust operational frameworks and effective ways of working.

  • At least three years' experience of working in or with schools in the UK.
  • Significant experience of building successful networks and partnerships across organisations.
  • Substantial experience of working with young people.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience of planning and delivering complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels and across a range of settings.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience of evaluating programmes and reporting on impact.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and systems that support programme delivery and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable
  • Experience of working across both the state and independent school sectors.
  • Experience of building successful networks within schools.
  • Experience of working with both primary and secondary-aged students.
  • Knowledge of educational partnerships, outreach programmes or charitable initiatives.

    Salary of £48,000-£53,000 FTE depending on experience.
