Music for Life is a multi award winning, not-for-profit music organisation dedicated to transforming young lives through high quality, inclusive music provision. Working in close partnership with primary and secondary schools, we deliver instrumental and vocal tuition, whole-class programmes, ensembles, concerts, workshops and progression pathways that inspire pupils of all abilities. Each week, the team of specialist self-employed tutors support thousands of children across a wide network of schools, ensuring that music remains accessible, aspirational and embedded within school life.


We pride ourselves on being a true partner to schools. Offering not just lessons, but wrap-around support including administration, safeguarding, tutor placement, performances, enrichment opportunities and innovative digital systems that make music education easier to manage and more impactful.


Following the retirement of a long-standing and highly valued colleague, we are now seeking a School Partnership Manager to join our team. This is a key relationship focused role, responsible for nurturing existing school partnerships and working collaboratively to tailor music provision that meets each school's needs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in shaping the future of Music for Life, helping us grow sustainably while maintaining the warmth, quality and professionalism that schools trust and value.
