School Improvement Partner

Serenity Education Group is seeking an outstanding School Improvement Partner with strong expertise in secondary provision, behaviour and personal development.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, credible and highly skilled education leader who is ready to make a significant impact beyond one school. The successful candidate will work across our growing group of specialist schools, supporting Headteachers and senior leaders to strengthen provision, improve outcomes and secure consistently high standards for pupils.

This is not a single-school leadership post. It is a strategic, group-wide role within the central team, with genuine influence across the organisation. You will have the opportunity to shape provision across several schools, influence strategic improvement, develop leaders and make a visible difference to pupils with complex SEND.

We already have dedicated primary school improvement capacity within the central team. We are now seeking an exceptional secondary specialist who can strengthen the Group's work around secondary provision, behaviour and personal development.

This role would suit a strong secondary leader, senior leader, adviser or school improvement professional who is ready for wider system leadership and wants to contribute to the next stage of growth across Serenity Education Group.
