Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our evening cleaning team within a school in Robertsbridge.
This is a hands-on supervisory role. You will work alongside the cleaning team while taking responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the school and ensuring the smooth running of each shift.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise and support the evening cleaning team
-Carry out cleaning duties alongside the team
-Allocate cleaning tasks and ensure all designated areas are completed
-Clean classrooms, communal areas, corridors, washrooms and other designated areas
-Monitor cleaning standards across the school
-Ensure cleaning products and equipment are used and stored correctly
-Identify and report any cleaning, maintenance or staffing issues
-Complete end-of-shift checks
