About The Role The days and hours: Monday - Friday 17:30 - 21:30 (35 weeks per year / 34 weeks term time / 1 week deep cleaning) Hourly Rate - £14.50 Location: Bath, BA1 5RG Pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month. We are looking to recruit a Cleaning Supervisor at our client's premises. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll be doing
- Going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
- Induction at the start of your contract and training within the first week of work to understand the cleaning specification and your role as a cleaning supervisor.
- Providing a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenishing consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards at all times.
- Working within a team that goes the extra mile. About You

- Are local to the area.
- Have an attitude to thrive and prior cleaning experience.
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
- Enhanced DBS check.
