School Cleaner in Charge (Primary)

Responsible for cleaning, operating within a school, to the required specification by efficient use of the labour available.

The post has considerable impact on the wellbeing of individuals or groups (i.e. physical, mental, social and health & safety)
Responsible for staff: The postholder will be responsible for supervising other cleaning personnel within a primary school.
Responsibility for financial resources: The post has no (or limited) direct
responsibility for financial resources other than occasional handling small amounts of cash, processing cheques, invoices etc.
Responsibility for physical resources: Responsible for the day to day opening and closing of the building and for the security of the establishment. To be an out of hours keyholder for responding to emergency call outs and arranged opening - closing for contractors.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check
