School Caretaker and Site Maintenance

We require a well organised and proactive School Caretaker to join our existing Site team to maintain a clean, attractive, secure and welcoming site for staff, students and visitors. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager to assist in the delivery of quality site service and maintenance.

Skills required: plumbing, carpentry, electrical and basic I.T skills. Knowledge of compliance would be an advantage.

We are an 11-18 mixed school which opened in 2008 and moving into a brand new state of the art building in July 2012. We are members of the Haberdashers' West Midlands Academies Trust. We are located a short distance from the picturesque River Severn and Ironbridge Gorge, not far from Telford and Shrewsbury, with good railway, road and motorway links to both the M54 and M6.
