Job Title: School Business Manager
Salary: Grade 12 SCP 40-42 £51,356-£54,495
Permanent
Full time - all year round
We are looking to recruit an ambitious, smart and motivated individual to provide efficient and effective support to the academy dealing with personnel management, estate management, financial management and all matters within the management of the Academy which are supportive to, but do not directly involve teaching and learning. You must have a solid understanding of how to work effectively in a busy administrative based environment, enjoy working as part of a team but willingness to use own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
The role involves working closely with the Head Teacher, Senior Management and Stour Vale Academy Trust's Chief Finance Officer (CFO).
