Our culture empowers people to achieve this aim and to collectively, and individually, make a real difference., At the University of Surrey, we are committed to providing an inclusive environment that offers equitable opportunities for all. We place great value on diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. We are seeking to increase the diversity within our community and would particularly encourage applications from under-represented groups, such as people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic groups and people with disabilities. We are proud to hold the Race Equality Charter, Athena Swan Charter, Disability Confident, Accessible and UK Workplace Equality Index.

In addition to a competitive salary you will receive 25 days annual leave, with additional days for Bank Holidays and University closure days. We offer a generous pension, flexible working options including job share and blended home/campus working (dependent on work duties and after an agreed period of embedding & familiarisation), access to world-class leisure facilities on campus, a range of travel schemes and supportive family friendly benefits including an excellent on-site nursery.
