Full Job Description
As School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office and providing exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school community.,
- Uphold the school/Trust's vision, ethos, and policies.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Provide a welcoming reception service and handle switchboard duties.
- Support and contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging colleagues and embracing our shared vision: 'to be the best part of your day.'
- Support administrative tasks, including mail, parcels, and record-keeping.
- Work collaboratively as part of the school team.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and internal support services.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols.
- Interact positively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, responding to queries from parents, pupils, and visitors.
- Demonstrate strong ICT and organisational skills.
- Carry out other duties as needed to support the smooth running of the school.
