Are you a highly organised administrator who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things running smoothly and wants to make a real difference in an educational setting? Join our school as a School Administrator and become an integral part of the team, supporting the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and wider school community. This is a busy and rewarding role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the school, ensuring effective processes are in place to support both operational and educational objectives. Working closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality administrative support while helping to maintain a welcoming, professional and efficient environment for staff, pupils, parents and visitors. A key part of the role will involve supporting the school's financial administration, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable activities, maintaining records of income and expenditure, monitoring budgets
and liaising with finance teams to resolve queries. You will also support the management of the school's private funds, maintain accurate financial records and assist with debt collection processes where required., The School Administrator role requires a highly organised individual who thrives in diverse tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the school. This temporary, part-time position involves a range of responsibilities, from managing day-to-day school administration to supporting financial activities such as processing invoices and monitoring budgets. An integral part of the role involves supporting recruitment processes, coordinating vacancies, preparing documentation and maintaining personnel records. IT proficiency and strong finance skills are essential, alongside excellent organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
