You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which meets and exceeds expectations, supports people's needs and promotes independent living.

You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of relevant schemes and liaise with all internal and external customers.

You will have excellent people skills, a 'can do' attitude and empathy.As well as being a people person, you will also be target focussed and always be on the lookout for opportunities to improve and enhance Jigsaw's services for our tenants.

Knowledge or previous experience of working with older people is preferred but not essential.

All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check which must be maintained throughout the period of employment.
