Full Job Description
The role of the Scheduling Officer is a valued role within the service, supporting the Reablement Assistant Manager, Social Work Teams, Gateway and NHS Partners to provide an effective and efficient scheduling and duty function.
The Successful Candidate will be be responsible for creating and maintaining support staff rotas using a computer-based scheduling system, while planning routes to optimise staff time which accurately reflect the requirements of the service.
The team operates 7 days per week between 7am and 10pm including evenings, weekends and bank holidays and an additional enhancement for working unsociable hours would also be paid. You will also be given 2 planned scheduled days off in advance of working weekends.
Reablement Support are seeking to appoint two Scheduling Officers who are passionate about supporting people regain their independence through delivering a strength based, person centred support plan.
